Terms of Service

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“EazeeBooks”, “we”, “us”) and the business that creates an EazeeBooks CRM account (“you”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them on behalf of that business.

1. The Service

EazeeBooks CRM (the “Service”) is a web application for managing WhatsApp conversations, contacts, sales pipelines, broadcasts, automations and AI-assisted replies. It connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta and, if you choose, to AI providers using your own API keys.

2. Beta

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, and some may be added or removed as we improve it. We work to keep it reliable, but during the beta it is provided without a guaranteed level of availability.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep passwords and API keys secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of teammates you invite.
  • Tell us promptly at support@crm.eazeebooks.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans and fees

  • The Free plan costs nothing.
  • Professional, Business and Enterprise plans are agreed individually with our team. Before we charge you anything, we confirm the plan, price, billing period, payment method, term, and cancellation and refund terms with you in writing, for example by email (your “Order”). We will not charge you without your agreement.
  • You pay the fees in your Order as invoiced. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless your Order says otherwise, and VAT is added where the law requires it.
  • If an agreed payment is overdue, we may suspend paid features or the account after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to pay. Your data is not deleted while an account is suspended.
  • If your Order and these terms conflict, your Order applies.

Third-party charges are separate. Meta may charge your Meta account for WhatsApp messages, and your AI provider bills your usage of its API. We do not control those charges.

5. WhatsApp, Meta and AI providers

  • Your use of WhatsApp through the Service must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy and other terms that apply to your WhatsApp Business account.
  • Meta and your AI provider are independent services. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions (such as template approvals, quality ratings or account restrictions) or changes to their products.
  • You are responsible for the WhatsApp number, Meta business account and AI keys you connect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Message people who have not agreed to hear from your business, or ignore requests to stop.
  • Send spam, misleading content, or anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing.
  • Collect or handle personal data without a lawful basis, or without the notices the law requires.
  • Try to access another business's data, probe or break the Service's security, or overload it.
  • Resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.

7. AI-generated replies

AI replies and drafts are produced automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. You decide whether to turn them on, what knowledge they use and when a person takes over, and you are responsible for messages sent from your account, including AI replies. Check the AI in the playground before you let it reply to customers.

8. Your data

You own the data you and your customers put into the Service. You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the personal data we process for you. You are responsible for having the right to share your customers' data with us and for telling them how it is used.

9. Our property

The Service, its software and design belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service for your business while your account is active, and nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Suspension and closing an account

  • You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AED 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Your responsibility to us

You will cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from claims by others that result from your messages, your data, or your breach of these terms or of Meta's policies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
